Please ensure all home goods are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Dev Aastha account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused home decor or furniture items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
